This quick reference page gives you a concise step-by-step guide to help for the whole site.
Register
.

This page lets you register as a new user to the site, or if you are an existing user continue ordering using your existing account.

By entering the requested information, the system will e-mail you a personalised and private account to use the system.
With this account you will be able to track any orders you place, build repeat orders, or simply save your selections for later purchace.

  • Enter the information required by the boxes.

  • Boxes marked * are compulsory and must be filled in correctly to continue.

  • Click "Enter" to continue or "Home" to return to previous screen.

The details submitted will not be passed on to any third parties. Please read our "Terms and Conditions" for full details.

 

Welcome page
.

To create a new wardrobe:

  • In the "New Wardrobe" box, enter a name by which you would like to refer to this wardrobe.

  • (Optional) Add a short description as a reminder of its content or use.

  • Click "CREATE" button to start building the new wardrobe.

Review or delete a existing wardrobe:

  • Select the wardrobe you are interested in from the "Your Wardrobe" list.

  • Press "ENTER" to review details of your wardrobe.

    The function of this button will depend on if the wardrobe has an order placed against it.

    If it has an order against it, then it will allow you to review the order status, print off the order or review the wardrobe. If it has no current order against it, this will allow you to continue building your wardrobe and take it through to order.

  • Press "DELETE" to remove an unwanted wardrobe from your selection.

NOTE: Wardrobes with orders placed against them are highlighted in blue and cannot be deleted

Pick work function
.

Using this section you can select a closest match to the work function of members of staff you are interested in clothing.

After dressing staff that fit this role, you can return to this section and add others to your wardrobe.

  • Click the work function and sex for the uniform type that most closely matches your requirements.

Note: The wardrobe can consist of any number of selections from the list, however each wardrobe will only support up to 2 selections of the same work function and sex at a time. We recommend you create new wardrobes if you need to exceed this limit.

Dress Figure
.

This allows you to browse through all garments that meet your previous selections of colour and work function.

  1. Garment Selection - Click on any of the garment buttons to bring in a selection.

  2. Garment Navigation - Use the arrow buttons beside the garment selection to scroll through different choices.

  3. View/Hide - If you wish to hide or remove a garment from view, click this box on. This box will then displays a X.

    To bring the garment back into view click the box again, and the box will return to blank.


  4. Close-up -This button displays a close up view of the selected garment.

  5. More Information - Displays more information on the selected garment (such as wash code instructions, any special make-up etc.).

  6. Catalogue Reference - Allows you to enter a known catalogue or supplier reference number to recall a garment.

  7. Save Wardrobe - Once you have created your uniform, click the "Save to wardrobe" button to save you selection and move on to the next screen.
NOTE: The system will only save the garments in view. If you have hidden any garments with the View/Hide button (3) and want them saved, please make sure you clear the view/hide box and bring the garment back into view.
Shoes and Accessories
.

This product page shows you a list of products available in the section you picked earlier.

To see more details on the product your interested in, click on "More Information / add to order" link on the far right of the product.

 

Shoes and Accessories - Details & Ordering
.

This page shows you details of the product selected in the shoes or accessories section.

To add this product to your order selection, scroll to the section "Add to shopping basket" and from the dropdown list select desired colour and size (N.B. "item" denotes one size only item) and the quantity desired.
(for quantities greater than 99 please call)

Click "Add to wardrobe" to add the selection to your order. Your selection will now appear in the shopping basket table below.

If you wish to add more than one size or colour, change the dropdown lists to your new colour or size, enter quantity and then "Add to wardrobe" again, repeating this step until you have all the sizes and colours required.

If you need to remove an item from the shopping basket, clict on the "Delete" link to the right of the item to be removed from the list.

If this completes all the things you wish to purchace, you can select "Go to checkout" to register and pay for your item(s). If you wish to select other items from this section, click on the "Go back to section list" to return to the list of shoes or accessories. Clicking on the "Go to full selection returns you to the main selection list were you can add clothes, shoes or accessories to your order.

 

Wardrobe selection
.

This page shows you the uniforms in your wardrobe collection, and allows you to add new selections and create nearest matches. You can also remove or modify a uniform selection before moving on to selecting sizes and ordering.

Navigate the Wardrobe:

  • The system supports 3 uniform figures to a page. If more than 3 uniforms are built, you will need to navigate between pages to see all the uniforms.

  • The navigation controls are positioned in the bottom left had side of the page, they only show when there are additional pages to view.

Printing a wardrobe:

(Tip: if you are in full screen mode, press the F11 key to return to full browser menus for printing. Press F11 again to return to the full screen view when complete.)

  • Go to your browser "File" - "Page set-up" and configure for Landscape.

  • Go to your browser "File" - "Print" or simply click the print button.

  • The system will print 3 uniforms to the page, you will need to navigate through the wardrobe and print each page for larger wardrobe selections.

To add to the wardrobe:

  • Click "New Figure" to be returned to the selection of work function and the adding of a new uniform type.

  • Note: The wardrobe can consist of any number of selections from the list, however each wardrobe will only support up to 2 selections of the same work function and sex at a time. We recommend you create new wardrobes if you need to exceed this limit.

To match a uniform of the opposite sex:

  • Click the "Match Opposite Sex" button

    The system to try and find a recommended match to the clothes selected. The system will then show you its selected match and the option to save or delete.

  • Click "SAVE" If you like the selection or want to use it as a selection to modify from.

  • Click "Delete" to cancel the operation.

To Change a uniform:

  • Click "Change" to make a change the uniform selection or change a previous size selection. Select one of the two options presented.

  • Selecting "Change Garments" will bring you back to the Dress Figure page with the previously selected garments already presented on the figure.

  • Selecting "Change Size" will allow you to add or change sizing information.

    Note: This is the way you would change sizing information if you have previously added sizing information before. The usual route of moving forward to sizing information is only valid for new garments that have no size history.

To Delete a Uniform:

  • Click delete to remove a uniform selection from the wardrobe.

To add size requirements (New uniform):

  • Click "Forward" to move on to sizing information.

 

Sizing Information
.

This section deals with entering the sizing information required to build an order from the wardrobe. For each possible size there is a dropdown box of sizing information and next to it an entry for the quantity required.

  • Select a size from the dropdown list.

  • Add the quantity of this size in the box on the right.

  • Repeat the process for any other size(s) required using the additional boxes displayed underneath.

  • Should your size requirement fall outside the standard range offered, please use the box marked "Extended Size".

  • Should you have a special size requirement not catered for on screen, please select and submit a "Special Measure Request" and we will have our Customer Service staff contact you.

  • Click "Add To Shopping Basket" to continue with purchase or "Delete" to remove the garment from your shopping basket.

  • Repeat the process for each garment as it is displayed from your selection.
Order Information
.

This screen is a summary of your planned order.

  • To confirm your purchase click on "Forward" or "Go to Checkout".

  • If you are not ready to purchase, you can exit the system at this point via "Home". The system has already saved your selection and you can return to it at any time immediately after logging in.

  • By clicking on "Show", "Change" or "Delete", you can display or amend any of the garments on the order shown before proceeding to confirm a purchase.

  • You can also add new items even at this point by clicking on the "To Uniform Range" or "New Figure" boxes.
Checkout Information
.

From this high security page you can select a payment method and delivery address. If you have already applied and been given a credit account, you can use your Account Number and secure PIN number to confirm your order purchase. If you would like to request a credit account with us, please click on "Request Credit Account" Payment can also be made using most major credit & debit cards.

  • To complete your purchase, use the "Payment On Account" or "Credit Card Payment" sections as applicable.

  • Enter all details as requested in each box and click on "Submit Details".

  • Credit account holders can enter an alternative delivery address to your main account by selecting the "Alternative Address" radio button and filling the address details at the bottom of the form.

  • Wait for onscreen confirmation of the order being placed before exiting the system. The system will also e-mail the account or credit card holder with the order details.
Checkout confirmation

Thank you for your order.
This information page gives you a confirmation your order is being processed. We advise you to print a copy for your records.

If you would like to contact us regarding your order please quote your reference number at the top of the order.

An e-mail copy of the order should be with you shortly; you can also review your order and its progress by logging back into the system and selecting the wardrobe name.

This information page gives you a view of the selected uniform garments in your order.

From here you can perform all of the functions within the wardrobe. To learn more about the wardrobe functions click here.

 

Credit Request 1
.

This page allows you to apply for a credit account.
Once we have reviewed the details submitted we will contact you to inform you of your credit account details.

Fill in the form with the relevant details. Note that if you change e-mail or company address this will be reflected in your main account.

 

Credit Request 2
.

This page ask for details we require to process your request for credit.

Please provide the following details in the boxes on the page:

  • Type of company you work for (sole trader, limited company, charity etc.).
  • Company number (if Limited or PLC).
  • Number of years of trading.
  • Amount of credit requested.
    This would be the amount you would expect to trade in the 30 days ( see our standard payment terms)
  • Bank, Bank address, and Account number. Only required on request of £100 or more.

 

Contact Us
.

This page gives key contact details and allows you to submit a request for us to contact you.

If you would like us to contact you, please provide the following details in the boxes on the page:

  • Your name.
  • How you would prefer us to make contact (phone or e-mail).
  • The number or address to contact you on.
  • A brief description of the reason for contact (inquiry, problem, change of submitted order).
The details submitted are forwarded to one of our customer representatives who will get back to you shortly.
On submission of the form, the system will issue you a ticket on which to track your call.
